1Who We Are
MineBoss PH is a live selling and online storefront management platform for sellers. Sellers use MineBoss PH to create storefronts, manage products, configure Facebook Page connections, read Facebook Live comments, match customer comments to product keywords, prepare orders, and manage checkout workflows.
2Information We Collect
We collect information needed to operate, secure, and improve MineBoss PH. This may include:
- Account information such as name, email address, password credentials, seller profile details, and account status.
- Store information such as store name, slug, logo, cover image, address or pickup location, contact details, theme settings, and public store URL.
- Product information such as product names, product codes, prices, stock, categories, descriptions, images, variations, and selling keywords.
- Buyer and order information such as customer name, contact details, delivery or pickup details, cart items, order status, receipt uploads, and payment references.
- Facebook Page connection information such as Page ID, Page name, Page profile image, selected Page, and encrypted Page access token.
- Facebook Live information such as live video IDs, live video metadata, comment IDs, commenter names where available, comment text, timestamps, and claim-matching activity.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device details, logs, timestamps, error reports, usage activity, and security events.
3Facebook Platform Data We Access
When a seller connects a Facebook Page, MineBoss PH requests access only to the Facebook permissions needed for the seller’s live selling workflow. This may include permissions to list managed Pages, connect a selected Page, read Page engagement data, access selected live videos, and read live video comments for claim matching.
Each seller must connect their own Facebook Page. MineBoss PH does not use one admin Facebook Page for all users. Facebook Page tokens are stored per seller account and are used only for that seller’s connected Page and requested workflow.
4How We Use Information
MineBoss PH uses collected information to:
- Create, authenticate, secure, and manage seller accounts.
- Create stores, product listings, checkout pages, and public storefront previews.
- Connect a seller’s Facebook Page and support Facebook Live selling workflows.
- Read Facebook Live comments from the seller’s connected Page or selected live video.
- Match customer comments to product keywords, claim words, and order workflows.
- Process subscriptions, plan access, invoices, manual payments, and payment status updates.
- Improve platform reliability, troubleshoot technical issues, detect abuse, prevent fraud, and protect user accounts.
- Comply with applicable legal, security, platform, payment, and hosting requirements.
5How We Store and Protect Information
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect seller, buyer, store, checkout, and Facebook data. Facebook Page access tokens should be stored encrypted in the MineBoss PH database and associated only with the seller account that authorized the Page connection.
Access to connected Facebook Page data is limited to the seller’s own account, authorized admin operations, and system processes needed to provide MineBoss PH features, security monitoring, and troubleshooting.
7Facebook Platform Data
Facebook Platform Data accessed through MineBoss PH is used only to provide seller-requested live selling features. We do not sell Facebook Platform Data. We do not transfer Facebook Platform Data to third parties except as necessary to operate MineBoss PH, comply with law, secure the service, or provide services requested by the seller.
8Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide MineBoss PH services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve the platform. Sellers may disconnect their Facebook Page from MineBoss PH. When disconnected, the Page token is removed or disabled from active use.
9Data Deletion Requests
Sellers may request deletion of their MineBoss PH account data or Facebook connection data. To request deletion, visit our Data Deletion page: https://minebossph.com/data-deletion.
You may also contact us at support@mineboss.ph. Please include the email address used for your MineBoss PH account and, if applicable, the Facebook Page name connected to your account.
10User Choices
- You may update your MineBoss PH account and store information from your dashboard.
- You may disconnect your Facebook Page from your Facebook configuration page.
- You may remove MineBoss PH access from your Facebook account settings.
- You may request deletion of your MineBoss PH account, store, or Facebook connection data.
11Children’s Privacy
MineBoss PH is intended for sellers and business users. MineBoss PH is not intended for children under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12Third-Party Services
MineBoss PH may integrate with third-party services such as Meta/Facebook, hosting providers, payment providers, email providers, analytics tools, or other services needed to run the platform. Use of those services may also be subject to their own privacy policies and terms.
13Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of MineBoss PH after an update means you accept the updated policy.
