1Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing MineBoss PH, connecting a Facebook Page, subscribing to a plan, or using any MineBoss PH service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use MineBoss PH.
2Description of Service
MineBoss PH provides tools for sellers to manage live selling and storefront workflows. Features may include seller store setup, product inventory, Facebook Page connection, Facebook Live comment reading, product keyword matching, order preparation, customer management, checkout workflows, subscription access, funnel settings, and admin tools.
3Seller Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your MineBoss PH account. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4Facebook Page Connection
Sellers may connect a Facebook Page to MineBoss PH. You may only connect Facebook Pages that you own, manage, or are authorized to use. You must not connect a Page that you do not have permission to manage.
Each seller connects their own Facebook Page. MineBoss PH does not use one admin Facebook Page for all sellers. Connected Facebook Page tokens are stored per seller account and used only to provide features requested by that seller.
5Facebook and Third-Party Platform Rules
When using Facebook, Meta, payment, hosting, or other third-party features through MineBoss PH, you must follow all applicable third-party terms, platform policies, developer requirements, community standards, and usage limits. MineBoss PH is not responsible for changes, interruptions, restrictions, rejected app reviews, revoked permissions, API limits, or enforcement actions by third-party platforms.
6Product Keywords and Live Comments
Sellers are responsible for configuring accurate product keywords, claim words, product information, prices, stock, and checkout details. MineBoss PH may read Facebook Live comments from a seller’s connected Page or selected live video to help identify product claims such as “mine” comments.
MineBoss PH does not guarantee that every comment will be captured, processed, matched, or delivered in real time. Facebook API limits, network issues, permission issues, deleted comments, privacy restrictions, or platform changes may affect comment availability.
7Seller Responsibilities
As a seller, you agree that you are responsible for:
- Your store information, product listings, product images, prices, inventory, promos, terms, and checkout instructions.
- Honoring sales, claims, reservations, bids, orders, customer commitments, and delivery or pickup promises.
- Complying with consumer protection, data privacy, tax, business registration, payment, shipping, and ecommerce laws.
- Responding to customer questions, complaints, disputes, refunds, delivery concerns, and product issues.
- Using MineBoss PH only for lawful business purposes and authorized Facebook Page workflows.
8Prohibited Uses
You must not use MineBoss PH to:
- Sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, restricted, misleading, infringing, or prohibited products.
- Violate Facebook, Meta, payment provider, hosting provider, marketplace, or government rules.
- Access or attempt to access another seller’s account, products, orders, Facebook Page, comments, tokens, or data.
- Upload malware, malicious scripts, unsafe files, or content designed to compromise systems or users.
- Abuse APIs, scrape data unlawfully, bypass access controls, interfere with MineBoss PH systems, or perform security attacks.
- Mislead customers with false product information, fake claims, fake prices, deceptive checkout links, or fraudulent payment instructions.
- Use MineBoss PH for spam, harassment, phishing, fraud, unlawful data collection, or harmful activity.
9Payments, Orders, and Checkout
MineBoss PH may provide tools to help sellers prepare checkout, order, receipt upload, payment status, and fulfillment workflows. Unless otherwise stated, MineBoss PH is not the seller of record, shipping provider, tax adviser, or final payment dispute decision-maker. Sellers are responsible for product fulfillment, payment collection, taxes, refunds, cancellations, warranties, customer service, and compliance with applicable laws.
10Subscriptions and Pro Features
Some MineBoss PH features may require a paid plan, active subscription, license key, or admin-approved access. Subscription prices, billing cycles, feature limits, and plan benefits may change over time. Access to paid features may be suspended, downgraded, or removed if payment fails, a subscription expires, abuse is detected, or these Terms are violated.
11Data and Privacy
Your use of MineBoss PH is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using MineBoss PH, you agree that MineBoss PH may collect and process information as described in the Privacy Policy, including information needed to connect Facebook Pages, read Facebook Live comments for seller-requested workflows, manage orders, and provide checkout tools.
12Service Availability
We aim to keep MineBoss PH available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. MineBoss PH may be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, payment provider issues, API limits, third-party platform changes, internet outages, security events, or force majeure events.
13Changes to Features
MineBoss PH may add, change, suspend, limit, or remove features at any time. Some features may remain in testing, beta, limited release, or development while the platform is improved.
14Intellectual Property
MineBoss PH, including its name, platform design, software, branding, workflows, admin systems, and related materials, belongs to MineBoss PH or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or misuse MineBoss PH except as allowed by these Terms or a written agreement.
15Seller Content
You retain ownership of content you upload, such as product images, product descriptions, store branding, logos, and seller materials. You grant MineBoss PH permission to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to provide the platform, public storefronts, checkout workflows, and related services.
16Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to MineBoss PH if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create security risks, violate third-party platform rules, fail to pay required fees, or use MineBoss PH for illegal, deceptive, or harmful activity.
17Disclaimer
MineBoss PH is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
18Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MineBoss PH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales, lost data, business interruption, customer disputes, payment issues, or issues caused by third-party platforms such as Facebook, Meta, Xendit, hosting providers, or payment services.
19Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold MineBoss PH harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of MineBoss PH, your products, your customers, your Facebook Page, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party policy.
20Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of MineBoss PH after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
